I listened to this guy on my work computer and thought it was okay.
Then I listened to him in the car on the way to the grocery store and thought ‘I think I like this guy.’
Then we had him playing in the background during a bible study when we were sharing our burdens of the day and rejoicing with each other for our current joys.
If you, like me, are on a constant pursuit to find good music, you might enjoy the album The Horse Fell Lame…
I’m starting to join this avalanche of culture that says we should just put ourselves out there and let our words fall where they may. Myspace, check. Texting, check. Blog, check. Facebook, check…and now…Twitter, check.
Here is why I like it…there is not enough time in our life to collect enough personal experiences to learn and grow wise from. We need to share and learn from others experiences.
Here is the hard part…deciding what to take in that will help me become the person that God wants me to become. There is so much out there, especially on Twitter, it is easy to get information overload. I’m already finding that some people/organizations/media outlets I just can’t handle on a steady stream. So it takes some work.
